30 minute consultation is required before a hair extension fitting appointment can be arranged.

 

All appointments booked online require a £20 non-refundable deposit to be

paid.

 

Due to recent no shows for consultations we have put in place a £20

charge for a consultation if you do not turn up or cancel at short notice.

Because of this the online system will ask for a £20 non-refundable deposit

which can be deducted from the hair extension fitting.

Payments are taken using Paypal and you do not need a PayPal account to

make the payment. We will be notified of payment and non-payment.

The deposit will be taken off your appointment.

 

48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange appointments otherwise we may charge you 50% of the appointment - no shows are charged at full cost of the appointment as per our terms and conditions.

 

I am not a hairdressers and unable to offer any colouring services as I specialise in hair extensions only.
