Consultation Process

       What is involved and why do I need a consultation.

 

          A consultation is a face to face chat to discuss about what you would                  like from hair extensions (30-45 minutes)

 

               I will show you all the different types I offer so that you can make                   a informed decision on what type of hair you would like.

 

               I will also show you the attachments used for fitting the hair                             extensions to the natural hair. Our own uniquely sized and                              branded Smart Locks® and the celebrity brand Easilocks copper                  tubes, using no heat, no glue, no sewing and no damage.

 

         We can talk about the length of hair you would like and discuss how            many strands are required to create a natural look.

 

To get the perfect colour blend, I will select the closest colour from our colour ring samples to match to your natural hair. A selection of colours can be used to make the blend so perfect no one will know you are wearing hair extensions.

 

Together we will go through some medical questions to ensure that there is not anything that stop you from having hair extensions fitted. (Must be honest and truthful when answering)

 

Lastly we will talk though the aftercare of how you should care for the extensions whilst wearing so that you understand fully on what to do and what not to do. Including all the information about upkeep appointments such a refits (every 8-10 weeks).

 

If after all this you are happy to go ahead and book a fitting a day, we can take a look at the diary and find a suitable appointment for you. You will be required at this point to pay a deposit (see price lists for details).

After the deposit is paid I will order your hair extensions in the colours picked on colour matching ready for your fitting appointment. I do not hold stock of hair and therefore unable to provide same day fittings. Fittings are booked for 1-2 weeks after the consultation.

The remaining balance to be paid on the fitting day or if you prefer you can pay in full on the consultation or before the fitting appointment if you choose to.

Payments can be made via, card / cash / instant bank transfer / PayPal (friends/family only).

 

To note; please do not colour your hair a different colour after the consultation due to colour matching your hair and the extensions being ordered in those colours. We are not at fault if you do this and the hair extensions do not match.

Also please do not have your hair cut blunt before the fitting appointment (point cut into the ends and layers only) as this will make it difficult to blend the extensions into your natural hair.
